Privacy Policy
Muster · Last updated 2 October 2026
This policy explains what Muster (the "plugin"), published by Auteur, collects when you use it inside ChatGPT, why, and what control you have.
What we collect and process
- Task titles, plans, progress notes and approval questions that the AI agent writes into Muster.
- Your answers to approval requests, any notes you add, and standing auto-approve rules you create.
ChatGPT sends us an anonymous user identifier with each request. We never receive your name, e-mail address or chat history. We store only a one-way hash of that identifier so your saved items stay yours. We do not ask for or accept passwords, payment details, government identifiers or health records.
Why
Only to perform the action you asked the plugin to do and to show you the result. We do not sell data, show ads, build advertising profiles, or use your content to train models.
Who receives it
- No one else. Processing happens on our servers hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (infrastructure provider).
How long we keep it
Tasks, requests and answers are kept until you delete the task (finished tasks can be deleted from the board at any time). Unanswered requests expire after the time the agent set (at most 7 days). Server logs that may contain IP addresses are kept by our hosting provider for up to 7 days for security.
Your controls
- Delete any task, with its requests and history, from the Muster board, or ask ChatGPT to delete it.
- Remove standing auto-approve rules from the board at any time.
Children
The plugin is not directed at children under 13.
